The Small Print

We seem to think this page is somewhat like the Privacy Policy… most likley only 5% of the people visiting the website end up on this page, and those who do probably clicked on it in error. But just in case you are the exception to the rule, and you really do like the small print, buckle your seat belts because here we go…..

A little bit about our cards

All of our stationery is produced on beautiful 300gsm luxury FSC/sustainable card stock. We use envelopes which are either recycled, FSC (or both!).

Dandelion Stationery Ltd is the owner and originator of all content within this website. The intellectual property within our designs is protected by copyright legislation. No part of this website, including the designs themselves, may be copied, reproduced, scanned, stored or transmitted in any way unless permission is given by Dandelion Stationery in writing.  

Our Designs

We work really hard to keep our designs fresh, and we do sometimes tweak designs, so please be aware that designs ordered may vary from our website/brochure without prior notice.

Many of our greeting card designs are hand-finished where we feel this is appropriate and enhances the design. Not all of our designs are hand finished – we feel that a few of the designs just don’t need it.

All items on our website show the UK trade price. We reserve the right to adjust our prices without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, any prices we detail are exclusive of VAT.


We have no minimum order value though we are pleased to offer carriage paid on all orders over £125 for mainland UK (Carriage is charged at £9.95 for orders under £125).

Overseas Orders: we can dispatch to any international destination – please contact us for delivery charges.

Delivery times for orders may vary at different times of year, though generally we aim to have orders dispatched within 7 days of the order being received. If you have a super-urgent delivery, please get in touch – we will do everything we can to prioritise it and try to get it to you on time.

We package all our orders carefully with a lot of love and attention. In the rare instance that any goods have been damaged in transit you must let us know within 3 days.


The first order is usually pro-forma. Further to that we may be able to offer you an account, with payment terms being strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. We really do appreciate prompt payment. Should your account fall into arrears we may be forced to take legal action and we reserve the right to apply interest charges on overdue accounts. Failure to pay within the agreed credit terms may result in future orders being delayed and/or being placed on a pro-forma basis only.

All goods remain the property of the Dandelion Stationery Ltd until cleared funds are received in our nominated bank account. Details on how to pay will be outlined on your invoice.


Everybody makes a mistake from time to time and orders the wrong thing, we get it. Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased from Dandelion Stationery can be returned for a refund within 5 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Returns outside this timescale cannot be accepted. 

We reserve the right to charge a 12% fee should we feel any of the product packaging needs to be replaced. 

Damaged/Defective Items

Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund within 7 days of customer’s receipt of order. Dandelion Stationery will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. 


As soon as your order is placed it will go into our production schedule. Should you wish to cancel your order, you need to make us aware immediately to avoid any unnecessary costs. Provided your order has not been dispatched at the time of the cancellation there should be no costs incurred (exceptions to this include any cards which have been personalised).

Terms & Conditions Acceptance

Should you go ahead and place an order with Dandelion Stationery Ltd, we will take this as acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
